There is no fee to use the FairyGodBoss research or search engine. However, it’s also unclear how up-to-date the site’s job listings are. That said, there’s no downside to looking here. And, if you need workplace flexibility, this gives you a good idea about whether the company offering a position provides it.

You can also ask questions to the community. These can include how to handle multiple job offers; how to determine whether you should negotiate your pay; and how to navigate re-entering the workforce after a break.
