Robert Half review:
If you’re looking for a job in any of the fields that Robert Half supports, this is a great place to start your search. This well-established staffing company places full-time, part-time and temporary workers with hundreds of companies located all over the country. It also has operations in many other parts of the world.
There are several factors that make Robert Half stand out as a particularly attractive opportunity for freelancers.Â
First, the company is well established, having placed millions of workers over the course of the past 70 years. It also publishes an annual salary survey, where workers can check to see what kind of wages they should earn based on where they live, what they do, and their skill level.
The site also launched a smart phone app last year. This app has already shot out more than 1 million job notifications to job seekers on the go.
Better yet, using this site is 100% free for freelancers. Robert Half charges its corporate clients fees to place both temporary and full-time workers. But those costs are not passed on to the employee/contractor.
Recommendations
SideHusl’s Husl$cores gauge how a site works for freelancers, factoring in pay, job availability, risks and the ease of seeking work. Robert Half gets our highest rating. If you’re looking for work in the job categories this company serves, this is one of the first sites we’d suggest you check.
However, there are several other sites that are well worth recommending, including SMA Inc. for project management, engineering, and administration; Braintrust and Catalant for tech; and WorkingNotWorking and Creatively for marketing, design, and film.
